My name is Shannon Johnson, aside from growing and caring for Johnson's Doodles, I am a wife, mom of 4, and an Occupational Therapist. We are located in North East Ohio. I enjoy spending my days helping my children, pets and patients grow and achieve their best abilities. I believe my skills as an Occupational Therapist correlate hand in hand with raising well rounded puppies for you all to love.
I have always had a passion for animals, from bringing home random pets as a child, to stopping traffic to rescue stray dogs. My favorite toy of childhood was something called "Puppy in my Pocket" I had all of them, every breed of toy dog there was! I would tell my Grandma, "One day I'll have a barn filled with all my own dogs!". Although, my dogs aren't in a barn, that is where the concept started. I am fortunate enough to have a big home with enough space and land to keep my dogs healthy and happy! My children, who range from 3-13, thoroughly enjoy having so many pets in our home, and the dogs and puppies always have someone to snuggle! I do not believe in breeding animals unless you are going to take the time and effort to do it properly. Our dogs are out pets first and foremost, and always will be, even after they are no longer breeding. I fully support anyone who adopts, rescues or buys from reputable breeders. I have rescued, I have adopted and I have purchased from reputable breeders. There isn't ever going to be one right decision for every family, and everyone is entitled to their own opinion and decision as to what is right for their family. I'm here to provide a good, safe choice for families that are looking to purchase a puppy from a reputable breeder. I would love nothing more than for one of our amazing Doodles to become apart of your family <3
